• The message you send us and the service you're interested in
• The date and time of submission, and your consent to this policy

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process this data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form, in order to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to a contract, to take steps prior to entering into that contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Submitted data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only, via a password-protected admin panel. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
